Recipe Details

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup self-rising flour
2 small or 1 large can of peaches or mixed fruit.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Melt butter in a 13x9 inch pan.

  3. Pour in fruit; set aside.

  4. In a mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar and milk until well blended.

  5. Pour on to fruit mixture.

  6. Stir around to spread mixture just a little.

  7. Bake for 1 hour or until brown.

Pretty tasty! Instead of canned fruit, I used about 16 cups sliced fresh apples covered with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Yum-o!
